The stone houses was built by the "Kocadon" family in 19th century. Renovated in 1987, creating the restaurant as it is today. Seating up to 80 guests.

Mrs. Ciska Aras, who after earning her bachelor degree in hotel management in her native land, The Netherlands, continued her career working at five star hotels such as Intercontinental and Golden Tulip. Mrs.Ciska Aras was involved with the Dutch State Board Of Ministry's Food and Beverage Program and has taught hotel management. She is fluent in Dutch, German, English and Turkish.
